Joanne Marie Watts was born on January 24, 1950, in Altadena, California to Jake and Marie Watts. She passed away on January 8, 2026, in Barstow, California at the age of 75.

She was a social worker for the county for 17 years.

She is survived by her 3 children Daughter, Carol Anne Marie Stewart and sons, Carl John Mills and Evan Chesworth.

A viewing will be held at Mead Mortuary, located at 36930 Irwin Road, Barstow, CA 92311, on January 23, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Following the viewing, a Celebration of Life will take place at the same venue from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
