Frances L. Allen age 75 of Yucaipa, passed away peacefully at her home with family by her side on July 4, 2017. Survived by her husband Morton L. Allen, son Mort Allen, Jr. of Lake Havasu, AZ, daughter and son-in-law Betsy and Chris Hampton of Yucaipa, CA and her 5 grandchildren, Alex Warren, Brad Allen, Gary McWilliams, Michael McWilliams and Daisy Hampton along with her three brothers George W. Benter, Terry Benter and Carroll Dean Benter. She was a loving, caring, Wife, Mother and Grandmother and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
