I met Frank at the grocery store by Sun Lakes where I work. We would argue over who was prettier. Me or him . Lol .I always enjoyed talking to him. He would sing a couple of notes when paying his bill. I just found out today,  he passed away. My deepest condolences to Frank's family. He is being missed..

God bless you, Professor Jones. "FEJ."  From one of the many USC law students who loved, respected and admired you.

Frank was a dear neighbor who loved to drop by to visit my wife Linda and me. He showed genuine interest as we talked about important issues, including Faith, Science, Creation, Evolution and God. 

He would always treat me with the greatest respect even when we disagreed, which was often. His parting comment would frequently be, "I wish I could believe like you do Tim."

Just a few days before he passed away we visited and I shared with him again that none of us deserves heaven. We have all sinned and only one small sin disqualifies each of us from living forever with Him because He is a perfect Father. 

I repeated my explanation that the only way a truly Just God could allow us into heaven was by accepting what His Perfect Love had provided . 

Jesus took the punishment we all deserved. He allowed himself to be put to death on a cross in our place. 

Just "call on the name of the Lord" just like the Thief did who was crucified right next to Jesus - He was allowed in. 

Although Frank could not verbalize, he was lucid and responding to us.  Erika and I were thrilled to see him agree with what I had shared. He confirmed that acceptance with his eyes and the visible nodding of his head.

Although Frank waited to the very end of his life to be reconciled, I know he is enjoying heaven at this very moment. I am sure I will soon join him there, to continue our conversations.

Uncle Frank was an enormous influence on me when I was a child. I still have his photo in my bedroom.  I have many happy memories of time spent with my cousins Frank, Andy and Maurice ( AKA "Billsie") when we were mere urchins ready to be fleeced by my uncle, their father.

He could hold his breath seemingly forever and provided the most amazing "seahorse" rides that always became bucking bronco seahorses.  

Andy's life was forever changed when he was convicted of taking a piece of bacon during the "trial of the century."  Nana was an imposing eye witness for the prosecution and despite all 10 year old Frankie's tricks as lead defense counsel, Uncle Frank prevailed with the jury...his sister, my mother.

Erika, my brother Tom, Morris, Russell, Bill, the Chimes and all the angels are rejoicing that EFUS, the glorious Funge is now there to improve the choir.  Your buttonbox training helped him come out of his quiet, shy shell and for that we are all grateful.  We love you.

We were lucky to have met you at Anthony's & April's graduation last May. Thank you for the songs that you shared. It was a very special treat that we will never forget. May the Lord bless you and grant you eternal rest.

Uncle Frank, thank you for the joyful music you shared with all of us.  I will miss singing with you!

Often Frank and I had coffee at McDonalds on first street in Beaumont.  We would 
talk about our days of football and other sports including our Military days.  I will miss our times in the future together and know that the Georgetown Chimes will live on.  Your Pal, Jay!!!!!Yodel on my "FRIEND"!!!!!!!!!!
