To The Chaparro Family,

I just learned today of Gabriel's passing you may remember me years ago. I pray for the best for your family and Gabe. Fly with the Angels Friend.

Gabriel  , when we met at age 15 you made me mixed cassettes all summer long, and when we connected again 35 years later you were still listening to cassettes (just that kind of guy!)  , and you made me mixed cd's  such a love for all music. . I remember the times I tried to teach you line dancing , you gave it your best. You signature T-Shirts and bucket hats, well all hat's , your purple glasses your style was truly that of which we would joke WOODSTOCK my Grandma  always called you a Hippie, your beautiful big smile your nicknames for everyone in my family and  including your family  will all be truly missed. Your Love for your family and fond memories of your childhood and Siblings  were amazing!  The face you would make and jokingly remark when Linda called you her twin ( I'm not your twin Linda stop calling me that). You are now closer to the beautiful stars that you so admired  . Thank you Chaparro family for sharing Gabriel with me. 

Gabriel was the quite one of the bunch, he was a free sprit since he was born .When we were kids my brother Denny and i were very involved in playing sports were we grew up , it seemed that was the only thing we could do back in the late sixtys , as we were busy playing sports my brother Gabriel was interested in hiking up in the Yucaipa hills walking around town in Yucaipa Ca. hanging out with his friend Dennis Riebling and other close friends he collected during our young years .he was a great brother because no matter what we were a very tight family .He loved just hanging out at night looking at Stars in the middle of the night .The only thing to do back then was walking over to Dairy Queen and 7/11. even as we were older he loved watching the Stars looking for the falling ones .As we aged Gabriel married but that lasted  a couple of years  he had a beautiful  son Abriel and now he had a grandson he loved he also has a son Michael whom he loved dearly .Gabriel loved family reunions and BBQ 's .and he loved his family and his mom (deseased) and father who is still survived. We will miss Gabriel very much we hold on to the faith that Jesus Crist our personal Savior has given us that. We will see him when we go home someday , from your brothers Denny  , Steve ,  Jr and Sister Linda  and Dad that Love you Always and Forever , rest for now but don't rest to long cause you got some flying to do , fly with the Angels Gabriel.

I will always remember my cousin Gabe. Whenever I would see him  he would always greet me with a great big smile and a hug . He will definitely be missed ! We love you Gabe until we see you again , May you rest in Heavenly Peace.

Gabriel was a loving, sweet,  happy soul.  He was my brother in law,  but treated me as a sister.  Gabriel was  the most "real" person I've ever known.  He was just himself and lived life as he wanted., very carefree. However, he cared very much about his family and friends and would always be willing to help anyone in need. I will truly miss you.,and your beautiful smile.
