

Gerald Quigley passed away June 28, 2013, in Redlands, California. He was born October 10, 1930, in minneapolis, Minnesota to Charles and Elizabeth Quigley. Jerry lived 21 years in a loving home with parents, 5 brothers and 1 sister.
Jerry married Joann Bernhardt in 1951. He was also drafted into the U.S.Army in 1951. Jerry and Joann lived off base for a year and then Jerry was sent overseas. After the service, Jerry and Joann moved to Whittier, California, where many of their relatives lived. Jerry worked 17 years for W.W. Lynch Import and Export. He also worked 5 years for North American.
Jerry volunteered at St. Mary's Catholic Church for 20 years. Also, Lambert Little League and Indian Guides in Whittier, California. After moving to Sun Lakes Country Club in Banning, Jerry volunteered 20 years as an usher at St. Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church. Jerry was also involved with the Sun Lakes Follies for 14 years and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Jerry played golf for 20 years at Sun Lakes with good friends. He loved those friends along with his family.
Jerry is survived by his wife Joann; two great children, Mike Quigley and Della Quigley-Moore. Jerry also has 5 grandchildren, Ryan, Evan, Conrad, Sarah and Nolan.
Funeral Mass Monday, July 8, 2013, at 9:30am, at St. Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church, 1234 Palm Avenue, Beaumont, California. Interment Monday, July 8, 2013, at 1:45pm, at Riverside National Cemetery, staging area #4, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, California.
Arrangements were entrusted to Weaver Mortuary, 1177 Beaumont Avenue, Beaumont, California.
