Gordon "Gord" Duane Gates

Gordon Duane Gates, age 89, of Banning, California passed away on Monday, May 1, 2023. Gordon was born in ND.

Gordon was a member of the Friendship Club and formerly in the RV Club at Sun Lakes as well a a member of the Beaumont Presbyterian Church and a former elder.

He loved watching his Dodgers baseball, fishing, traveling in the RV, taking cruises, swimming, reading mysteries, watching westerns, taking walks around Sun Lakes and he loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Gordon flew a private plane for many years out of John Wayne Airport in Orange County. He also worked as a pharmacist for fifty-four years. He loved his job and continued to work part time until he was seventy-six years old. His last position was at San Gorgonio Hospital.

Memorial Service to be held 11:00AM Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Beaumont Presbyterian Church 702 Euclid Avenue, Beaumont 92223.
