Life just haven't been the same without you. Every day that
goes by I wish you could be here. Dee and I miss you so much daddie. This empty void and pain will never go away. I love you, always and forever.

Daddie, I was thinking about you a lot these past few days. Seeing Rosie fight the same fight you had made me think back to the times of us growing up. I'm going to miss her so much, because she meant the world to me and was there whenever I needed someone to talk to just like you.  I know you're watching over me and my everyday struggle is getting harder and harder. I just wish you was here to give me that extra push I need to know I shouldn't give up. I love you so much daddie and I miss you dearly. Continue to watch over Dee and I until we see you again.

I miss you so much daddie! Every night I find myself crying and trying to talk you hoping I'd wake up from this dream. I know in time my tears won't fall as much, but this empty feeling without you here is the hardest thing to except. Dee and I miss you so much we love you always and forever!

Uncle Lonnie you are missed dearly.  You have always been that strong figure to me.  You really enjoyed working out, your garage was filled with weight equipment.  I would always say my uncle is buff. You sure loved your cowboy hats and boots. That's how I will always remember you.  As a kid everyone would call me “Lon Lon” so we wouldn't get confused on whom they were calling when some said “Lonnie”.  You were so humble and I knew if I ever needed anything you would be there for me.  Thanks for being a great example of a family man.  Everyone knew you would do anything and everything for your wife and kids. I have asked WHY so many times but Gods word reminds me to trust in the Lord with all my heart and lean not on my own understanding.  There is no more pain and no more suffering in Heaven.  Unc we'll see each other again one day.

I hope all the Family remembers the good times and know that he is waiting to see you all in the next life.  I remember him from when I was a teenager.  May the Family be comforted through this time.

Family, please rest in the assurance that althought it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in loving memory help bring you comfort.  Please know that to love in hearts we leave behing is not to die - he will always be with you.  We are praying for you family, may our love surround you and give you both comfort and strength  during this difficult time.

Some of us grow up together we see each other just about everyday some of us share many moments and experiences some of us will become so tight that we're no longer friends because now we're like family and some of us will suddenly go our own seperate ways and without intention we distance from each other so much that we're almost like strangers that never met... I love you so much and you will deeply missed but never forgotten.I know your body is laid to reset but your soul is set free..you were a role model for all black men in the banning community so we will miss a very great man. My dearest uncle Lonnie this is really unbelievable (this city girl)lol just been thinking about the year we went to school together short cuts, dirt roads, something I thought was a balloon you yelled so loud at me we laughed so hard about it you taught this city girl a lot out there in the country I will miss you uncle I don't know why this happen but GOD knows and now you get be to with him LOVE YOU

Lonnie was, is, & always will be a great & kind man. Even though he went to rejoice with our HEAVENLY FATHER, he will be greatly missed!!! My heart weighs heavy for all his family!!
