Nolberto Moreno Jr.

Nolberto “Bobby” Moreno, Jr., 58, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at his home in Cabazon, California. He was born February 6, 1957 in Bakersfield, California to Nolberto & Elsa Moreno. Nolberto graduated from Mesa High School in 1976 and attended Mesa Community College. Nolberto was a Sargent in the United States Marine Corps for 13 years where he received a National Defense Medal, a Good Conduct Medal, Navy Achievement Medal, Rifle Expert Badge, and Pistol Expert Badge. In addition he was an aviation ordnance munition technician. Nolberto resided in Beaumont for 20 years and Cabazon for the past 3 years where he has worked for Smiths Landscaping Services for the past year and Construction for 20 years prior to that.

Nolberto is survived by his fiancé, Alicia Rodriguez of Cabazon; daughters, Samantha Moreno & Antonia Moreno of Cabazon, Sondra Martinez, Erlinda Gunsten, Vella Moreno all of Arizona and step daughters, Raegn Wyler & Marisa Campos of Cabazon; sons, Chris Moreno and Bobby Moreno of Arizona; parents Bob & Elsa Moreno of Arizona; brothers, Michael Moreno and Matthew Moreno of Arizona; sisters Joaneva Martinez of Arizona and Lisa Guerrero of Banning, CA; 7 Grandchildren. Nolberto is preceded in death by his brother Eric Moreno.

A visitation is scheduled for Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 10:00 am with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 am both at Weaver Mortuary, 1177 Beaumont Avenue, Beaumont, CA 92223.
