Roland is survived by son, Raymond (Amy) Palmer of Banning; mother, Ruth Palmer of Banning; brothers, Scott (Sherry) Palmer of Sacramento, Lewis Palmer of Wisconsin and Janes (Susan) Palmer, Jr. of Beaumont; sister, Carol (Floyd) Wells of Banning; seven nephews and three nieces. He also recently learned that his daughter-in-law is pregnant with his first grandchild. He was preceded in death by his father, James Palmer, Sr. and brother, Les Palmer.
A memorial service will be held on Jan. 16 at 1 p.m. at Weaver Mortuary Chapel, 1177 Beaumont Avenue in Beaumont.
