Ronald “Dale” Gene Alsop, 63, passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2015 at his home in Cherry Valley, California. He was born October 13, 1951 in Long Beach, California to Harry & Muriel Alsop. Dale has lived in Cherry Valley for the past 19 years and prior to that he had lived in Beaumont for 43 years. During much of his career he worked for the State of California as a Commercial Vehicle Inspector.
Dale is survived by his wife, Donna Alsop of Cherry Valley; daughters, Tina Alsop of Beaumont and Melisa Richardson of Tracy; step daughter, Shannon Coffee of Beaumont; son, Brian Donnelly of Beaumont; step son, David Coffee of Long Beach; sisters, Darlene Fallin of Hemet and Diane Del Bono of Guthrie, Oklahoma; and 7 grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at Weaver Mortuary with Interment at Sunnyslope Cemetery in Beaumont, California.
