

Sylvia Marie Avila, 54, of Cherry Valley, passed away in the afternoon of Saturday, January 13, 2018.
She was surrounded by loved ones every day in the hospital up until her last breath.
Sylvia was born in Banning, Ca, on February 26, 1963. She worked many years at her father's tow company, All American Towing, as a receptionist and dispatcher. Sylvia enjoyed spending time at the beach, and had a love for the ocean so great, that she moved to the Virgin Islands for some time. She had a passion for old records, exotic jewelry, cooking, baking, and a love for her animals that was like no other.
Sylvia loved spending time with family, laughing, and always wearing a smile on her face. She was a loving person, devoted daughter, aunt, sister, and friend, always thinking of others first. "To know her, was to love her."
Sylvia is survived by her loving parents, Albert, and Teresa Avila of Cherry Valley; her 2 sisters, Patricia Nelson and Tina Candelaria; her brother, Gilbert Avila; her nieces and nephews, Christina, Alisha, Arlina, Michael, Gilbert, Crysta, Aarin, Danielle, Albert, and Aidan; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kolton, Mason, Ava, and Karsen.
A graveside service will be held on: Wednesday January 24, 2018 at 1:00pm at: San Gorgonio Memorial Park 2201 N San Gorgonio Ave, Banning Ca, 92220
