Born on August 9th, 1992, he was the son of James Jett and Annice Frazier.
Known for his generosity, Adam was a giving and loving person who loved helping people. In his free time, he enjoyed playing X-Box with his friends, riding four-wheelers, and working on small engines.
In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory include his step-father, George Keaton, his twin sister, Autumn Farley (James), and sister, Heather Frazier.
Adam also leaves behind his two loving sons.
