Billy spent most of his life in McDowell County prior to moving to Grandview in 1992.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his loving wife, Freda Worthington.
Those left to cherish his memory includes his daughter, Marganne Worthington of Beckley and a special little girl, Sophia Kitchen; and sister, Elsie Adams of Davy, WV.
Graveside rites will be held at Saint Sabastian Cemetery on Tuesday, April, 13, 2021 at 11:00am with Father Paul Wharton officiating.
