Charlotte Snuffer

She was born on December 4th, 1944, in Mullens, WV to the late Herbert L. Palmer and Helen H. (Harris) Palmer.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Check Snuffer; sisters, Juanita (Ree) Palmer Kanode and Mattie (Sissy) Palmer Burcham.

She is survived by her daughters, Kim (Dave) Wolfe of Oak Hill, WV, and Bobbi (Scott) Ball of Cool Ridge, WV; granddaughter, Morgan Mandeville (Lucas) Whittaker of Flat Top, WV; grandsons, Jesse (Morgan) Ball of Cool Ridge, WV and Aaron (Haley) Ball of Oak Hill, WV; great-granddaughters, Addeline and Kinsley Ball of Cool Ridge, WV, and great-grandson, Bodhie Whittaker of Flat Top, WV; step grandson, David (Paula) Wolfe of Colonial Heights, VA; and step granddaughter Tiffany (Daniel) Hart of Beckley, WV.

Also, step great-grandsons, DJ Wolfe, Logan and Kaleb Crawford, Colton and Dylan Whittaker and step great-granddaughter Gabryela Wolfe.

She also leaves behind her beloved fur baby, Buffy, and numerous nieces and nephews

For most of her life, Charlotte was a homemaker.

Services will be held at Blue Ridge Funeral Home on Monday, January 12th, 2026, at 1PM. The family will receive visitors one hour prior. Charlotte will be laid to rest at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens following the service

.

Family members will serve as pallbearers.
