Danny "Booney" Lee Wickline

Born June 19, 1958 in Beckley, WV; he was a son of the late Robert Grady Wickline and the late Bertie Marlene Pruett Wickline Hayes.

Danny loved fishing, golfing when his health allowed, cooking, listening to classic country music, the WVU Mountaineers and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Danny attended Sophia High School before graduating from Moon Valley High School in 1978. Following graduation Danny served his country proudly in the US Army.

He attended the Family Worship Center in Beckley, WV.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Sandy Wickline; daughter, Tori Wickline and partner, Charles Evans of Ghent; son Nicholaus Wickline and fiancée, Megan Walker of Cool Ridge; daughter, Julia Wickline and husband, Dino of Germany; son, Robert Wickline of Germany; daughter, Jennifer Wickline of Germany; brother, Denny Wickline and companion, Bill Hewitt of Indianapolis, IN; brother, Don Wickline of Beckley; his furry faithful companion, Luna; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Friends may gather with the family from 5:00PM until 7:00PM Monday, December 29, 2025 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Beckley.

A service to celebrate the life of Danny "Booney" Lee Wickline will be held at 2:00PM Saturday, January 10, 2025 at the Family Worship Center, Beckley, with Pastor Luke Hodges officiating.
