Mr. Eugene Hamilton Casto

  Eugene Hamilton Casto      Eugene Hamilton Casto, age 94, of Carlisle, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 11, 2014. He was born on March 10, 1920, in Cabin Creek, WV the son of the late John and Lola Casto.  Eugene enjoyed spending his time  hunting, gardening, taking photographs and going to flea markets. Eugene was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lola Casto; his siblings, John, Demus, Geneva, and Frances.  Those left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Lola Casto; his sons, Mark Dewayne Casto and wife Brenda of Carlisle & Edward Casto of Oak Hill; his grandchildren, Eddie Casto, Jr. and wife Kim of Monroe, North Carolina, Danny and wife Yvonna of Oak Hill and Robbie and wife Cristy of Moundsville, Alabama; his great grandchildren, Austin, Amber, John Mark, Amanda and Kelly; and many loving friends.  A gathering for friends and family will be held on Friday from 1-2pm at Solid Rock Worship Center, 101 White Street, Oak Hill.  Funeral services will begin immediately following the visitation at the church at 2pm with Pastor Greg Hurley officiating.  Entombment will be held at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens with military honors by the American Legion Post 32 Honor Guard.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.blueridgefuneralhome.com
