Mrs. Lillian Almond Guth Rose

Lillian Almond Rose, 80 of Beckley, passed away, Monday, February 8, 2016 at Bowers Hospice House. She was the daughter of the late Earl Guth and Margaret Ann Crawford Guth. Lillian was a devoted Christian who loved God and her family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, William Henry Rose; and brother, Garnet Guth. Those left to cherish her memory are daughters, Connie Reed of Clifton Forge, VA, Tammy Spencer and Husband Vernon of Beulaville, NC, and Sonya Price and husband Andy of Crab Orchard, WV; brother, James Guth and wife Laura of Covington, VA; sisters, Mary Aber of OH, Scharlotte Gibson of Covington, VA, Betty Humphries of VA, and Alice Unroe of Winchester, VA; grandchildren, Melanie Reed, Erica Reed, Danielle Spencer, William Spencer, Matthew Spencer, Pearl Spencer and Dustin Vanoy; great-grandchildren, Shayna Starr Lynn Harrison, and Milaina Rayne Zehm. Friends may gather with the family Thursday, February 18, 2016 from 5-7pm at Blue Ridge Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held Thursday, February 18, 2016 at 7pm at the funeral home with Rev.
