Anna Marie Somers, 89, of Fallston, died April 4 at Upper Chesapeake Hospital in Bel Air. Born in Berkeley Springs, W.Va., she was the daughter of Alston Boyd and Ida Fearnow Iden and stepdaughter of Ruth Hewitt Iden. Mrs. Somers, a homemaker, was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Fallston. Mrs. Somers is survived by a son, Max Leo Somers, Jr., and wife, Karen, of Fallston; a daughter, Sandra Kay Cysyk of Forest Hill; one grandson, Kevin Mark Cysyk and wife, Kristine, of New Freedom, Pa.; one great-granddaughter, Sara Jane Cysyk, also of New Freedom; three sisters, Peggy Michael and Barbara Yost, both of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., and Carol Sterling of Rock Hill, S.C.; one brother, J.D. Iden of Woodbine; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she Was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Max L. Somers, Sr.
