Assunta Elizabeth Sullivan, age 94, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Frank R. Sullivan, Jr; devoted mother of Dorothy Branch, Patricia Boner, and Timothy F. Sullivan; dear sister of Louis Pietrogiacomo, and Julia Damizia; loving grandmother of Wayne Clifford, Gregory Clifford, Mark Boner Jr., Matthew Boner, Samatha Sullivan, and Amanda Sullivan; adored great-grandmother of Brandon Clifford, Alex Clifford, Ella Clifford, Matthew Boner, Chasity Johnson, Chloe Johnson, John Johnson, and Scarlett White.

A visitation for Assunta will be held Wednesday, January 11, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Schimunek Funeral Home, 610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Saint Ignatius Church, 533 E Jarrettsville Rd., Forest Hill, MD 21050. A graveside service will occur Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Baltimore National Cemetery, 5501 Frederick Road, Catonsville, MD 21228.
