

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Charles Francis Angelino of Fallston, MD on February 7, 2025, at the age of 89 years. Charles was born in Manhattan, NY on April 14, 1935, to parents Charles Angelino (deceased) and Elizabeth Brew Angelino (deceased).
Charles was a graduate of Fordham University where he majored in history and was an enthusiastic member of the debate team as well as Distinguished Military Graduate of the U.S. Army Reserve Officer Training Corp. Upon graduation from college Charles was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserves and proudly served his country over a 30-year career until retiring as a Colonel; Charles was a true Patriot. Simultaneous to his military service, Charles was a leader in informational technology and services and held executive positions in major corporations throughout his successful career. After retirement, Charles continued to share his experience and expertise as a consultant to the business community, U.S. military, state & local governments as well as academia.
Charles will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Mary Louise Angelino; his children, Liz Angelino, and Christopher C. Angelino; his grandchildren, Brian, Jeffrey, Will and Grace Angelino; his stepchildren, Brian Reilly, Sharon Kardia, Lisa Grove; his cousin, John Cicchetti; as well as his many friends and colleagues.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Elizabeth (Brew) Angelino; first wife, Frances O’Leary Angelino (mother of his children, Liz and Christopher Angelino).
A memorial service will be celebrated on Saturday, April 12th at 1 pm at Schimunek Funeral Home, 610 W. MacPhail Rd., Bel Air, MD. Relatives and friends are encouraged to attend.
