Charles Wayne Burns passed away on February 28, 2026, at the age of 78. He was the beloved husband of Frances A. Burns (née Drankiewicz); devoted father of Kerry K. Burns, Kevin Patrick Burns and his wife Nikki; loving Poppy of Bowen S. Revels, Sierra D. Revels, Regan Burns, Reese Burns, and Reed Burns.
Charles was a retired Baltimore County Deputy Sheriff and a Vietnam era Army Veteran.
A memorial celebration will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at the Green Haven Community Center, 1301 Scottsdale Drive, Bel Air, MD 21015.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Stella Maris Hospice.
