On February 16, 2016, Christine Hope (Antonio) Saunders, beloved wife of the late John H. Saunders, Sr.; devoted mother of Christine Asher and her husband Anthony "Mike", John Henry Saunders, Jr. and his wife Alice; Ronald Saunders and his wife Theresa, Theodore Saunders and his wife Pat, William Saunders and his wife Margaret and Frederick Saunders and his wife Felisa; dear sister of James Gillespie and Marlene Gillespie. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
