On May 3, 2011 Gerrie F. McCarthy passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas W. McCarthy; loving mother of Patricia Rathel-Adams and her late husband Danny, Norman McCarthy and his wife Kelly, Donna Thornton and her husband David, Danny McCarthy and his wife Cindy, Kathleen Spickard and her husband David, Mary Hoffman and her husband Paul, Thomas McCarthy Jr., Johnny McCarthy, and Billy McCarthy; loving grandmother of 20, greatgrandmother of 25, and great-greatgrandmother of 2; dear sister-in-law of Margaret Bateman, Emily Patricia Jerome, and the late Jeanie Bosley.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air Inc. 610 W. MacPhail Rd. (at Rt. 24) on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Parkwood Cemetery.
