Gregory Alan Christakis

On November 6, 2012, Gregory Alan Christakis passed away. He was the beloved husband of Kelly Christakis (nee Dunn); cherished father of Jessica and Matthew Christakis; loving son of Beverly Christakis and the late Pete Christakis; dear brother of Virginia Burgess and her husband Michael; loving uncle of Ryan, Evan and Mason Burgess and Bryan and Ashley Sayre, Anna Leigh and Madison McKelvey; dear son in law of John and Pat Dunn. He is also survived my many loving family members and friend. Greg loved spending time with his family and friends. Laughing singing and playing his guitar. Welcoming all with his kind and giving spirit.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc. 610 West MacPhail Road (at Rte 24)on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. Further visitation will take place at the Beck Altmeyer Funeral Home, 204 W. Main St. St Clairsville, Ohio 43950 on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. A Trisaghion service will be held at the Ohio funeral home on Sunday at 2:00 pm. Mr. Christakis will lie in state at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Life Giving Fountain on Monday from 10:00 am to 11 am the funeral hour. Interment to follow at the Holly Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
