Martha and family - we were shocked to hear of Jim's passing.  We can't put into words how sorry we are for your loss.  Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers daily.  I can't imagine how difficult it is for you, we hope you can find comfort in the memories you made together.  I know we have been talking about memories of working with him at Crown, and about all the Halloweens Jim would come out to scare the boys with the fake knife routine. Oh, Aunt Martha and Kevin and Caroline, I'm so sorry to hear this shocking and sad news. I wish we could be there with you guys and offer at least a hug and a helping hand. Our family has sweet memories of times with you - the first memory that popped into my head was when you two babysat for the girls at Lake Anna and the power went off and of course you both handled it with such cheerful can-do attitudes - I think you might have even cooked the pancakes on the grill? May you find joy in remembering Uncle Jim and gratitude for his life. We pray that you will be well surrounded by loving family and friends at this time and that God will gently lead you towards peace that only He can give.

My sincerest condolences to The Weaver Family.  Jim was one of the best Supervisors to work for when working for CCP. He was a very genuine person! He was such a pleasure to work with. I'm so sorry.
