Today our hearts are heavy and tears fill many eyes, as we gather at your funeral to bid our last goodbyes. Upon the printed program your picture can be seen. Then dates of birth and death with a tiny Dash between. That little Dash though small represents your lifetime here. And to we who know and love you it’s a symbol we hold dear. You touched our hearts in many ways and pleased the Lord above. Because you made your Dash of life a beautiful Dash of love.

You already know the depth of our hurt, anger, sadness, disbelief etc., we are all feeling due to the passing of Justin.  We are here for you all during this most unimaginable time.  As I stated many time before, Justin truly was a warrior, a beast, a true hero and the strongest person we have ever met and he will be missed immensely.  Just remember that true friends do not let their true friends grieve alone and we will be with you and here for you through it all!

I remember that sweet little blond hair boy I used to watch like it was yesterday.  He loved Little Foot the dinosaur and hot wheels.  It was a pleasure watching that little boy grow into a wonderful man.  He pledged to give his life for our country.  Not many people have the fortitude to do that. So brave and so strong and loved by so many!  Soar high Justin!  We will all miss you.
