Arrangements under the direction of Schimunek Funeral Home, Bel Air, MD.KEAVNEY , Kathleen On August 1, 2011, Kathleen Keavney , passed away with her family by her side in Bel Air, MD. She was born on August 21, 1953 in Baltimore, MD; she was beloved daughter of the late Mary N. Keavney and John C. Keavney; she is survived by her brothers, Jim Arrington, Gary Keavney, Kevin Keavney; her sister, Susan Sorrentino; her sister-in-laws, Donna Keavney, Joy Keavney and Teri Arrington; she also has her daughter-in-law, Lisa Burkindine; and granddaughter, Carley. Kathleen is preceded in death by her daughter, Amanda; and her son, Danny Burkindine. Kathleen also is survived by many other friends who she also esteemed as family and loved in kind. Kathleen was a committed Christian and is now at home in peace with the Savior Jesus Christ who she followed and adored.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 West MacPhail Road (at Rte 24), for a memorial service on Friday, August 5, 2011 at 6:30 PM.
