On October 22, 2014, Rebecca Flumbaum Lowery; beloved wife of Howard Thomas Lowery; loving daughter of Harry David and Alice Reid Flumbaum; daughter-in-law of Barbara Lowery and the late William Lowery; dear sister of David Reid Flumbaum and wife Rachelle Cummins; sister-in-law of Gregg Lowery and wife Kim; aunt of Reid and Sidney Flumbaum, Sean, Jessica and Ashley Lowery.

Relatives and friends will gather at Mountain Christian Church, 1824 Mountain Rd., Joppa MD 21085 on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, from 5-9 p.m., and where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. Interment private.
