Carlye Ann Kinney, age 79, of Cleveland, MO passed away May 15, 2015 in her home, after a long battle with cancer. Visitation 1-2 pm Tuesday, May 19 at McGilley & George Funeral Home 611 Chestnut in Belton. Graveside service will follow at 2 pm in the Belton Cemetery. Caryle was born April 21, 1936 in Kansas City, MO. She enjoyed gardening, nature, painting and puzzle books.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Soren Carl and Mary Elizabeth (Montgomery) Petersen, granddaughter, Stacey Michelle Kinney and grandson, Michael Lee Clary.
Carlye is survived by her husband, Ed of the home; daughters, Carla Lyon and husband, Barry, Beth Warren, Sharon DeSeure and husband, Dave, Wendy Dethloff and husband Kevin; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
