Cortney Ann Longie, 36, of Raytown, MO passed away November 10, 2017 after a hard battle with cancer. Visitation will be 11:30-1:00 pm and a Celebration of Life following at 1:00 pm Saturday, November 18 at McGilley & George Funeral Home, 611 Chestnut, Belton.
Cortney fought so hard to live for her children, Kylie and Ryder. She was always so concerned about them over the past two years. We had many conversations, tears and fights over what she wanted.
She is leaving behind so many, her two children, mother, father, step mother and father, four brothers, step brother and sister, and too many friends to even count.
She passed in her home as she had ask me to promise her! With her mother, father, her two kids and boyfriend by her side. Please pray for the family that we may be strong with this loss.. Even though we all knew it was probably coming, we continued to hold onto our hopes and prayers.
