Gerald Francis Posch, born March 12, 1946, passed away September 30, 2021 in his home, being cared for by Hospice. Jerry was born in Wichita, KS and grew up in the country in Mount Hope, KS. He graduated from Andale High School in Andale, KS. Jerry went to college in Joplin, MO and married Carolyn Sue Devereux in 1982, taking on and loving her five children.
Jerry was a faithful and caring husband, dad and friend. He showed his creative sake in the unique and beautiful home he build at Lake Lotawana, MO. Also the play equipment he built for his grandchildren. Everyone loved Jerry’s great sense of humor.
Preceded in death by his parents Fred and Alma Posch, siblings Daniel and Kenny Posch. Survived by six siblings Bob Posch, Jean Weinman, Janet Simon, Mary Schmidt, Ted (Sally) and Rich (Kim) Posch and wife Sue Posch; five step children Alan Devereux, Sherrill (Rusty) Dellaguardia, Lana Bohannon, Terry (Ron) Passler and Carolyn (Randy) Hudson; seven grandchildren and 13 Great grandchildren.
