Richard H. Garner, age 69 of Belton, Missouri passed away at his home on Friday, July 7, 2023. He was born to Grady Doyle and Barbara Jane Garner in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. After finishing High School Rick joined the U.S. Air Force, retiring after 20 years. His hobbies were golf, hunting and fishing. He loved the lake, family times, music and traveling with his mom.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Rick is survived by his wife, Angie of 38 years; daughters Michelle (Dwight) Miller, Kansas City Missouri, Rebecca Garner, Mahomet Illinois, Jennifer (Jherami) Tucson Arizona, and Emilee (Chris) Sanders, Creighton Missouri; son Kevin (Judy) Wiggins, Kansas City Missouri; sisters twin sister Jane and Teresa, Val, Karen, Dianna and Anita.
