Rosalie “Tootie” Palmer, 92 of Belton, MO passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2022. She was born on January 10, 1930 in Schulenberg, TX to Charles James Wagner and Elizabeth (Burger) Wagner. She married her high school sweetheart, Tyson A. Palmer, Jr "TA" on May 20, 1950. They enjoyed 49 years together until his death on July 9, 1999. She was a beautician for 20 plus years and then worked at Walmart for 17 plus years. She loved reading and sewing.
Tootie is survived by her three children, Gery (Beverly) Palmer of Centennial, CO, Sherry (Terry) Viles of Raymore, MO, Randy (Debora) Palmer of Easton, KS, 6 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, sister in laws Mary and Georgie Wagner of Houston, TX, Many step grandchildren, step great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
We are sure her husband TA, sister Joyce and brothers Hans and Jack met her with open arms in heaven along with many friends and family.
