Charlotte F. McNicol

McNicol, Charlotte Faye Jacobs, 88 of Clearwater, Florida and formerly of Beverly Hills, Florida passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2010 at Suncoast Hospice in Palm Harbor, Florida. She was born in Mill Hall, Pennsylvania on June 9, 1922 to Edward W. and Emma Mae (Stiver) Jacobs. She was a graduate of Garfield Nursing School in Washington, D.C. and worked in New York City as a young nurse. There she met and married Dr. Campbell A. McNicol. Together, they raised their family of three daughters in Lloyd Harbor, New York. She and Campbell retired to Beverly Hills, Florida in 1985. Charlotte was an avid bowler, bridge player, member of the Republican Club and enjoyed many sports.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Dr. Campbell A. McNicol; sisters, Melva and Myrtle and brothers, Bruce and Glen.

She is survived by her loving family including daughters; ; Amy Harrington and husband Tom of Palm Harbor, Florida, Donna Agopsowicz and husband Dan of Bolivia, North Carolina and Jeanne Nelson and husband Kenn of Shalotte, North Carolina; seven grandchildren, Thomas, Ryan and Meghan Harrington, Douglas and Jenny Agopsowicz, Keith Nelson and wife Kelly, Erin Watkins and husband Chris; great grandson, Connor Watkins; sisters, Mildred Banta and Marcy Douglas and husband Richard and several nieces and nephews.

Mom, we will love and miss you, always. Forever, Your Girls.

Visitation will take place on Friday, September 10, 2010 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Fero Funeral Home with a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Beverly Hills at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Fero Memorial Gardens.
