Margaret L. "Margi" Elson

Margaret L. Elson, 64, of Beverly Hills, Florida, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2015 at HPH Hospice Care Center in Lecanto, Florida. Born on September 5th, 1950 in Hartford, Wisconsin to Douglas and Hester (Olson) Graham, Margaret was one of six children. After living much of her life in Colorado, Mrs. Elson moved to Plano, Texas and then Beverly Hills in 1998 and was a retired real estate agent, having sold homes in Texas and Florida, most recently with Suncoast Realty in Crystal River. She was a member of Gulf To Lake Church in Crystal River, where she participated in and led the Ladies Bible Study group and several women’s retreats. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of over ten years, Ronald Elson, in 2008, and two siblings, David Graham and Patricia Kramer. Margaret is survived by her four children: Paul Bennett (wife Sheryl), Mansfield, Texas; Chris Bennett (wife Stephanie), King Cove, Alaska; Annarose Monroe (husband Scott), Los Gatos, California; Margo Bennett, Beverly Hills, Florida, stepchildren Ronald Elson Jr. (wife Laura), Homosassa, Florida and Shari Elson, Tampa, Florida; sisters Elizabeth Graham and Sharon Pitt, both of Colorado and Susan Bowman, Beverly Hills, Florida; grandchildren Hannah, Joel, Joanna, John, Jake, Lauren, Preston, Nathaniel, Madeleine, Jackson, Lillian, Ashley, Regan, Kyrsten, Kerrigan and Kourtney and great grandchildren Theodore, Kaiden, Landan and Kendall. Friends will be received on Mon., Feb. 16, 2015 from 12:00 noon until 2:00 P.M. at Fero Funeral Home, Beverly Hills, Florida, where a celebration of Margaret’s life will take place at 2:00 P.M. Entombment will follow at Fero Memorial Gardens, Beverly Hills.
