Miriam Smooha passed away April 18, 2012, surrounded by her family and loved ones. She is survived by her husband Haim; her sons Nathan and Joshua; her sisters Hinda, Fanny, and Malka; and her mother Rachel. Miriam was born in Petah Tikva in the state of Israel, grew up in New York, and moved to California where she met Haim, her husband of 33 years. She finally relocated to Palm Coast in 1999 to be closer to her sisters and mother. Miriam enjoyed reading, traveling, exercising, ceramics, volunteer work, and most of all, spending time with her family. A funeral service will be held at grave-site at Fero Memorial Gardens Cemetery, located at 5891 North Lecanto Highway, Beverly Hills, FL 34465. The funeral will be 1:00pm on Monday, April 23rd, 2012. The family thanks Gloria Max of the Jewish Federation of Volusia & Flagler Counties for all the help she has given us.
