Rebeccah Dugan, 42, died unexpectedly on December 6, 2025, in Inverness, FL. She was born September 7, 1983, in Glens Falls, N.Y., to Alfred Harpp, Sr., and Joy Kirby Chorman. She attended Crystal River High School in Crystal River, FL, where she served in leadership roles as a member of the NJROTC. She married Joshua Dugan in 2003, and they had one son, Justin Dugan, in 2004. She is preceded in death by her half-brother, Alfred Harpp, Jr. She leaves behind one son, Justin Dugan of Hernando, FL; her father, Alfred Harpp, Sr., of Chestertown, NY; her mother, Joy Chorman, and stepfather, Donald Chorman, both of Dunnellon, FL; her half-sister, Sue Duell, of Brant Lake, NY; two stepsisters, Columbine Dixon and Renee Cabellaro, both of Delaware; a half-brother, Anthony Chorman, of Dunnellon, FL; and a half-sister, Emmalee Chorman, of Kissimmee, FL, along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
