Very loved eating out in crowded restaurants. Vera loved people. Enjoying a good meal at Charlie’s in Crystal River.

Another Memorable Halloween. 
Vera didn’t always remember Christina . BUT Vera’s eyes would light up when we talked about Vera baking cookies and pound cake for Christina’s children, Christoper, Sara and Mary Alice, when they were little.

Donna was a devoted friend and companion to Vera.

Alicia adored Vera and Vera loved Alicia and George.

Vera loved having and entertaining visitors. Neighbor Steve brought a big box of Chocolate for her birthday!  Steve took her to doctor and patiently waited 4 hours with her. That’s a good neighbor!

Vera was a favorite resident at Timberridge especially because she was feisty and engaging 

Friends Donna and Barbara frequently visited Vera,  brought and shared lunch.  They had a deep friendship and shred their love with her. 

Alicia visited Vera at Timberridge and took Selfies!  Vera loved to look at past photos. One time when I forgot IPad and shared photos on the phone, she said firmly“Bring the Big one (iPad) next time!”  She loved seeing pictures of her life.

Vera loved to be with people and celebrated her life everyday.

Vera was very proud of her well tailored yard and beautifully welded flower heart holder. She also had gorgeous roses

Vera was always game for fun! Josie loved sharing time and being with Vera when visiting from AZ

Vera loves Children. Each Halloween, George and I would go to Vera's home in Citrus Spring, bring costumes and treats- many families took pictures with her because she was 100 plus years old. Good memories.

Vera cross stitched over 80 stocking treasures and pictures during her lifetime. They are keepsakes of the heart from her heart.

Vera Lundberg was born on the Feast of Our Blessed Mother’s Immaculate Conception. Although Vera was not Roman Catholic, when in her mid-80s, she said being born on Mary’s feast days was why she lived a good long life. She was a generous, and compassionate friend.
