Ann C Bobo

Ann graduated from Birmingham Southern College and became a kindergarten teacher. She was an avid cat lover, fabulous cook, and talented artist, but was best known for her STRONG faith and love. Of course she was a HUGE Alabama Football fan.

Ann was an inspiration to all who knew her, that big bright smile and loving embraces to EVERYONE whether she knew you or not!

Ann is preceded in death by her parents , J.A. Carney and Velma Carney; her husband, Dr. Jim Bobo and her sister, Clara Kissinger.

Ann is survived by 2 daughters, Carol Davis (Terry) and Cathy Thompson (John); 3 Grandsons, Adam Nixon (Hillary), Jason Nixon (Katie) and Ryan Thompson; 2 Nephews, Lee Kissinger (Fifa) and Tom Kissinger (Lori); and 10 Great Grandchildren.

The visitation will be held at Ridout's Trussville Chapel on March 21st at 1:00 pm followed by a service at 2:00 pm.

In lieu Of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made at ALS Research.
