I always loved sipping tea and listening to her stories. We could sit for hours.
She was the most gracious hostess I've ever known. She's at home now with John and probably serving tea to the Lord.

I always enjoyed viisting with mrs Marie, talking Myers Lemons, birds or whatever she had in the gardern at the moment. I'm only comforted to know she's "graduated" to a better place.

Marie Simmons was a truly beautiful southern lady who always brightened a room with her smile and a kind word for all around her. May the good Lord take her into his arms and comfort her in Paradise.

A beautiful lady, who was an intregal part of my childhood and Mom of my best friend as a child. May she rest in peace and her family know how much she touched the lives of many.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
