Visitation will be held Monday, August 7, 2017 at Ridout's Trussville Chapel from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Gibson Hill Cemetery in Fayette County. Directions from Birmingham: Take Interstate 22 West to exit 70, at bottom of ramp take a left and go about 6 miles to a 4 way stop, go through the intersection and in about 8 miles will arrive in Oakman, Alabama. Take Highway 69 out of Oakman and follow it for about a mile and it will turn into Highway 18 toward Corona. Go about 8 miles and when you cross the Southern Railroad tracks take the first left. A sign on the right side of the road will say Gibson Hill Cemetery. The cemetery is about 2 1/2 mile farther on the left hand side.
