Bonnie Lynne Orf Selack, of Hoover, Alabama, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on October 18, 2025, at the age of 86, after battling Alzheimer's for the last seven years. She was born on November 28, 1938, in York, Pennsylvania.
She was the beloved mother of Shari Beardsworth (Keith) and Suzanne Flannery (Shawn).
Bonnie was a devoted grandmother to Heather Ivey (Josh) and their children. Michael Marty (Kelli) and their children. Ashley Marty and her child. Taylor Thortsen (Reece) and their children. Alli Flannery.
The family would like to acknowledge her closest, long-time friend, Leonora Howard, who was more like a sister, and thank her for her never-ending friendship.
Bonnie dedicated over 25 years of loyal service to SouthTrust Bank.
Bonnie will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered, as she always said, “I love you, a bushel and a peck.”
