Our love , sympathy, and prayers are with you, Charles was a wonderful Christian and a fine gentleman in every way. I grew up with him in Acipco . I always enjoyed talking Auburn sports with him and will miss his insight  into  our favorite school. Ann and I are here for any need you might have. Please call on us.

Dear Prickett’s Family,
We were deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Charles.  He was my preceptor during my pharmacy studies at Samford in 1980 and had a profound impact on my life and profession. His guidance and wisdom have been invaluable, and I will forever cherish the memories and lessons he imparted. As mentioned in his family’s memoirs, “He was a true child of God who honored his Lord daily”. 
Charles and his family have always held a special place in our hearts. Please accept our heartfelt condolence and know that our thoughts are with you all during this difficult time.
As we mourn Charles’s passing, I find solace in the Bible verse, Psalm 34:18: “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit.”
May God’s peace be with you all. Remember, Charles’s legacy will continue to live on through the many lives he touched.

I got to know Charlie while we were both members of the Business Men's SS Class at SMBC these last few years. It was ALWAYS  a joy to walk in and look across the room to see Charlie raise his hand and point over at me in greeting. I pointed back and CLASS COULD NOW START!

Dr Prickett  was a good friend to our family for many years. He was loved by the Eastern Valkey community and will be missed. We loved Doc Prickett.  Prayers  for your family.

My condolences to the Prickett family. Mr. Prickett was an amazing man and advocate for the profession of pharmacy. Praying for comfort during this difficult time.

Charles was a kind man, devoted husband and father, and a good neighbor. Growing up next door, I always felt welcome in their home and spent lots of time there. These are very sweet memories. My deepest sympathies to the family for their great loss.

I remember Shirley telling me that Charles would say “ Thank you” whenever she did anything for him. She would tell him, “Charles , I am your wife, you don’t have to thank me.” He would reply,” Oh yes I do! Especially because you’re my wife, I must thank you. What a fine Christian gentlemen. An attitude of gratitude permeated his life, family and work. Angels walk among us.

Our hearts and prayers go out to Doc Prickett's wife, sons, daughter, friends and family all who loved him.  I was so scared when we moved our accounts from Drummonds after being with them my childhood through my 30's. There was never even a hiccup. They brought us in and treated us like family  just like Drummonds had. You couldn't find nicer people that care about their customers.  Our deepest condolences on the loss of your loved one.

Doc Pickett was a great man. He was so good to my Mama through the years. He will truly be missed by many.

My deepest condolences to an amazing family!  Mr. Prickett (and Mrs. Prickett) taught me so much about pharmacy, the importance of God and family, and how to treat all people.  

I certainly would not be the person I am today were it not for the mentoring of this wonderful man!
