Charles “Sonny” Wiggins Jr. of Birmingham, Alabama passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2020, at the age of 83. He was born on June 2, 1937, to the late Charles & Maggilean Wiggins. Charles is also preceded in death by his son Charles M. Wiggins. He retired after 27 years from the State of Alabama. Left to cherish his memory is his daughter Lisa Maxwell (Bill); son, Jason Wiggins (Angela), Eight grandchildren, Lauren Sandford, Clint Sandford, Makenzie Maxwell, Landon Maxwell, Brandon Wiggins (Bethany), Brooke Kitchens (Derek), Allie Mannarino (Michael), Ashlyn Wiggins and several nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel on July 28, 2020 from 11am-12 noon with a funeral service at 12 noon. Burial will follow at Forest Crest Cemetery.
