She was a selfless, caring woman that loved to do for those she loved. Some of her greatest joys were being with her family and church family at Robinwood Baptist Church. Her sweet and loving heart, optimism, and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Travis Jennings, her son, Mike Jennings, and her daughter, Donna Jennings Hardin.
She is survived by her son, Terry (Janelle) and her grandchildren: Jason Jennings, Monica Carrington (Eddie), Jonathan Jennings (Star), Leah Jennings Gann (Chris), Casey Hardin (Amanda), Shane Hardin, and Ben Jennings, along with 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel on Friday, October 12, 2018, from 12:00 – 2:00 pm with a funeral service beginning at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow at Forest Crest Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Robinwood Baptist Church, 521 5th Street, Birmingham, AL 35217.
