Dorothy Ann Wren, age 93, of McCalla, Alabama passed away on Thursday, October 29, 2020. Dorothy was born July 26, 1927. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Wren, Jr. and her son James Edward Wren III (Pat). She is survived by her daughters Ann Hicks (Randy) and Nancy Wren; her son, William Lee Wren (Deborah); her nine grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She was a member of Tannehill Valley Baptist Church and loved the Lord with all her heart. She had read the bible through 13 times and loved the Psalms. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Elmwood Chapel Funeral Home with a celebration of life for Dorothy following at 2:00 PM. Burial at Elmwood Cemetery. Due to Covid19 masks are required and social distancing.
