ADAMS, ELOISE S., age 85 of Center Point, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Howard and Eula Mae Starnes; husband, Walter S. Adams, Jr.; and son, Walter S. Adams III “Tripp”. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Adams Garrett (Don); stepson, Larry Stephen Adams (Rosalyn); brother, Howard Starnes (Betty); aunt, Georgia Lou Boutwell; grandchildren, Krista Adams Santilli (Stefano), Everett Garrett, and Joseph Garrett; great-grandchildren, Luca, Isabella, and Emanuelle Santilli; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Her family will receive friends on Thursday, October 02, 2014 from 6-8 PM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. Her service will be at the chapel on Friday, October 3, 2014 beginning at 11 AM with Jean Cook officiating. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Oasis Hospice or The Village at Cook Springs.
