HELTON, EVA MARGARET DYE, age 87, of Springville, passed away Sunday, December 30, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Charles A. Helton; son, Charles E. Helton; and grandson, Matthew Sims. She is survived by 4 daughters, Sharon Marta (Charles) of Center Point, AL, Margaret “Maggie” Sims (Terry) of Colorado Springs, CO, Lynda Beasley (Randy) of Springville, AL, and Susan Voketz (Brian) of Decatur, AL; 11 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren. Her family will receive friends on Friday, January 4, 2013 from 5-7 PM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. There will be a graveside service at Forest Hill Cemetery on Saturday, January 5, 2013 beginning at 1 PM with Pastor Terry Sims officiating.
