NESMITH, FE M., age 61, of Argo, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Esperidion and Ceferina Macindo; brother, Esperidion Macindo, Jr.; and father-in-law, William N. NeSmith. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Rodger D. NeSmith; son, Joseph E. NeSmith; daughter, Angela NeSmith; grandson, Briley Dale NeSmith; mother-in-law, Hazel NeSmith; sister-in-law, Donna Copeland; 2 brother-in-laws, Jeff and Mike NeSmith; 5 brothers; 1 sister; and numerous nieces and nephews. Fe worked at Kent Corporation for 31 years and was a member of the Filipino American Association. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her family will receive friends on Friday, November 8, 2013 from 6-8 PM at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel. Her service will be at the chapel on Saturday, November 9, 2013 beginning at 1 PM. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Women’s and Infant’s Center at UAB.
