Jackie was preceded in death by her father, John M. Faust, Sr.; brother, John M. Faust, Jr. She is survived by husband, Curtis Lee "Skip" Welch; mother, Jerry Faust; daughters, Tabatha (Michael) Boyer and Tracey L. Stephens; son, John C. (Mandy) Welch; 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; sister, Kim (Hoyt) Goss.
A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Monday, June 27, 2011 at Alabama National Cemetery 3133 Hwy 119 Montevallo, AL 35115.
